Data were collected through in depth interviews and analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research participants were selected purposively based on predetermined criteria, consisting of the school principal and several teachers considered credible sources of information at SDN Toviora. The findings show that strengthening efforts are mainly carried out through training programs and research workshops for teachers. These activities positively affect teachers motivation to conduct research and contribute to social and cultural change within teachers. The findings also highlight the emergence of a new principle in which becoming a teacher researcher is viewed as a way to develop teacher competence and to affirm the role of teachers as agents of change. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that school culture based habituation integrating values of discipline, empathy, cooperation, and effective communication into daily activities is proven to significantly strengthen students interpersonal relationships. Furthermore, synergy between the school, parents, and the community serves as a supporting factor in creating harmonious social relationships. In the digital era, ICT has become an essential tool for creating innovative and interactive learning environments. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, involving data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that ICT significantly enhances student engagement and understanding through digital platforms and multimedia presentations. While challenges such as limited hardware and unstable internet connectivity persist, the overall implementation has proven effective. Beyond cognitive gains, the integration of ICT fosters positive character development and critical thinking aligned with Islamic values. The research method used is mixed methods using the embedded design model where in this model quantitative research methods are used as primary methods and qualitative research methods are used as secondary methods. Primary data collection with a quantitative approach using the Survey research method, while secondary data collection with a qualitative approach using interview techniques. The population in this study were all students of MTs Negeri 2 Tolitoli, and samples were taken as many as 90 respondents using the quota sampling technique. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that understanding the concept of akil balig (X1) and psychological readiness (X2) have a significant effect on readiness to face puberty (Y). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.509 shows that both independent variables are simultaneously able to explain 50.9% of the variation in students’ readiness to face puberty. Partially, understanding the concept of Akil balig has a greater influence (β = 0.596, sig. = 0.000) than psychological readiness (β = 0.250, sig. = 0.007). Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, the research analyzes these strategies through the lens of Islamic Law. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the counseling process integrates religious values and psychological approaches to provide candidates with essential knowledge regarding marital rights, duties, and conflict resolution. From the perspective of Islamic Law, these strategies serve as a preventive measure (Sadd al Dhari’ah) to minimize divorce rates and ensure family stability.
